The Lost Oak Winery Romantic Surprise Proposal
The Lost Oak Winery in Burleson, Texas, was the absolute BEST location for Jacob to pop the question, let me tell you. Jacob reached out to me about a month before the proposal and put a lot of time and thought into it with his vision of how he wanted it to go. I was able to meet up with him to tour the venue, pick the spot, and go over his proposal plan. The venue was super accommodating and helpful in this process, as well! It seriously could not have been a more perfect setup. Jacob and Haley are so in love, and I adored working with them. I can’t wait to document more sweet surprises like this one in the future!
Celebrating Love Rain or Shine
On the day of the proposal, it actually ended up raining, which was not in the forecast, but that didn’t stop Jacob from proposing to Haley. The rain just added its own beautiful, romantic touch! There were so many unprompted, documentary moments of them kissing, embracing each other, and Haley looking at her ring in complete shock and surprise. It was all so precious! Afterwards they got to share a glass of wine together and take in the start of this new chapter in their lives. It was an absolute joy to work with them and I couldn’t have been more excited that they got to end their year as an engaged couple.
